Can I cancel automatic renewal?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing period.

How do I cancel, upgrade, or update my payment method?

Go to your account (gear icon, top-right of the page), then select Billing to make changes.

How can I find specific videos?

Go to LESSONS and select the STROKE, the EXPERTISE (what level swimmer are you. LEVEL 1 is the beginner content, and LEVEL 5 are all Olympians.), and a FINE POINT which is a specific skill you’d like to improve. Watch the tutorial video here

How can I improve streaming quality?

Adjust video quality in Account Settings under HD Options.Higher quality is better for large screens, while lower quality improves mobile performance.


For Coaches

How can I share videos with my swimmers?

Create a Training Group (included in annual Coach subscription) to share one video per day with all swimmers. Watch the tutorial here

How often can swimmers watch shared videos?

Unlimited views for five days after receiving the email.

Can I schedule when training emails are sent?

Yes, set the day and time in your Group Admin settings.

Why use “Training Group” instead of “Team”?

Most teams are divided into smaller training groups (e.g., Developmental, Senior, National) with different focuses.

Can I create multiple Training Groups from one Coach Account?

Yes, simply click '+Add Group' from the left-side navigation.

Can multiple Training Groups be managed under one account?

Yes, all groups will be listed under a single login for easy scheduling.

Can a swimmer belong to multiple Training Groups?

Yes, but they must redeem separate invitations for each group. Belonging to multiple groups requires a paid subscription.

How do I set up a Training Group?

  1. Purchase an annual Coach subscription here ($124.99).
  2. Log in to GoSwim.
  3. Watch the tutorial.

For swimmers under 18, who should receive the invitation?

The parent/guardian should receive the invitation, not the child.

How should families with multiple swimmers handle logins?

Each swimmer should have a unique email login for data tracking. If needed, create a free email account by a third party email provider (i.e., Gmail)

What are the fees for families with multiple swimmers?

Each Training Group member needs an individual account.
If full access is needed, use one upgraded login while others stay on free accounts.

How do I move a swimmer to another Training Group?

They must unsubscribe from the current group and accept a new invitation.

Can I add swimmers to a Training Group at any time?

Yes, simply send them an invitation.

How do I remove a swimmer who is moving?

Navigate to the MEMBERS tab and select the GROUP of the individual you want to remove. Find their name in the GROUP and click the box in front of their name. At the top of that list, you’ll see REMOVE USER. Click REMOVE USER and that member will be removed from your group.


For Parents

How does GoSwim handle my or my child’s personal information?

GoSwim only uses emails to facilitate Training Group participation. Emails are not shared or sold.

Can my child create an account?

No. Children under 18 must have a parent register their account to comply with MAAPP and COPPA regulations.

How can both a parent and child receive emails?

When registering, add yourself as the primary email and your child as the secondary email.
